ICIT - IEEE 2018

Du 19/02/2018 au 22/02/2018

Centre de Congrès - Cité Internationale Lyon - 50, quai Charles de Gaulle 69463 Lyon

Information pour les auteurs

The authors are invited to electronically submit full regular papers of their work according to the IEEE instructions.
English is the working language of the Conference. Papers are limited to six (6) pages.

Note that for the manuscript to be included in the program and the proceedings of the conference and to be sent to IEEEXplore, you must fulfill the following three conditions before January 11th, 2018:
1. Upload of final version of the paper, taking into account the comments received from reviewers.
2. Transfer of copyright to IEEE. This is done in the submission system AFTER you have uploaded final version.
3. Registration of one of the authors or representative using FULL registration and associating the paper ID at the time of registration.

Submission of final versions of accepted papers
Authors must adhere to the IEEE Conference written paper format. The author must submit the final version of manuscript and sign online the IEEE Copyright Form before the due submission deadline.

Submission of final version and copyright transfer
IEEE is very strict about the requirements for PDF files for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. We strongly recommend to use IEEE PDF eXpress® to check your final version using the Conference ID: 39549X
IEEE provides a set of templates in MS Word and LaTeX format. Please use them to create your paper, but don't modify the style or the format under any circumstances:

Pay full registration fee
One of authors must pay a full registration fee in order to cover your paper (other than student).
Reduced registration fees (i.e. student registration) are not considered regular, and will not be accepted for publication. Each full registration entitles an author to publish up to two papers.

Present your paper
Each manuscript must be presented by an author or a qualified colleague. Instructions on how to prepare for an oral or poster presentation can be found below.
Please check the conference schedule for potential conflicts of time, if you are presenting more than one paper. You can contact us by contact@icit2018.org

Papers that do not presented (oral or poster session) will be noted as No show after the conference and will not be sent to IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. No registration refund will be given in any case.
No-show papers are still copyrighted by the IEEE and cannot be re-published without explicit permission from the IEEE.

Poster Preparation Guidelines
Poster presentations should be prepared on A0 size (841 mm X 1189 mm or 33.1 in X 46.8 in).

Oral Presentation Guidelines
All presenters of oral sessions are required to provide the session chair with a PowerPoint or PDF presentation and a short biography before the start of the session.
To allow a smooth flow of sessions, presenters must use on site available Windows-based computer.
The length of the presentation is restricted to 15 minutes and 5 minutes for questions/discussions with the audience.
